Jasmine Aggarwal (she/her) is a South Asian therapist specializing in working with children and the LGBTQIA+ community.

She specializes in working with kids who have experienced trauma, have trouble in their peer groups, struggle with ADHD, and have behavioral problems at school/home. She helps kids learn more about their internal experience by teaching emotional regulation. She works with parents teaching them different ways of communicating and setting boundaries with their kids that help enforce healthy behaviors.

Jasmine is also passionate about helping people, especially women of color, find their voices, feel confident, and navigate difficult situations. She is also passionate about the intersectionality of race, gender, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Jasmine’s warm and energetic personality allows her clients to quickly feel comfortable in therapy. She helps her clients fight toxic narratives that keep them small and empowers them to be the authors of their own stories even when the world tells them otherwise.

Gabrielle Hoang (she/her) is a Southeast Asian marriage and family therapist. As a second-generation Asian American, Gabrielle is passionate about working with teens and adults navigating racial identity, intergenerational trauma, and the unique challenges that children of immigrants face. In addition, she is also experienced in working with those struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, and other life transitions.

When faced with challenges, Gabrielle lives by the adage, “the only way out is through.” Through her warm and comforting personality, she helps her clients work through life stressors, find new adaptive ways to move forward and live more authentically and empowered.

Daniel Mack (he/him) is a Black therapist working towards an LPC license. He is passionate about working with all communities of color, men, and individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+. Daniel knows that mental health stigma hinders a lot of people, especially people of color, men, and the LGBTQIA+ community from seeking therapy and he is passionate about demystifying therapy and making it relatable. Daniel specializes in therapy for men and therapy for LGBTQIA communities.

Daniel values the importance of accessibility, affordability & relatability in all counseling spaces. He believes that people already have the tools to heal and he enjoys supporting clients as they discover their strengths and begin using these tools to improve the quality of their lives.

Aparna Sagaram (she/her) is a South Asian licensed marriage and family therapist and founder and owner of Space to Reflect. She specializes in couples therapy and works with couples who come from different backgrounds, interracial couples, and couples with difficult family dynamics. She supports couples contemplating separation, making big decisions, or couples who want to communicate better. She also specializes in working with children of immigrants and other minority populations, helping them learn to navigate issues related to identity, inner child, culture, and processing major life changes.

Aparna’s warm and welcoming personality makes her clients feel safe very quickly. Aparna walks alongside her clients on their healing journeys, reminding them how far they’ve come when life gets tough.
